Sick? Or just need a good detox after a night of drinking to much.. juice? :) Enjoy a nice hot bath with some of these salts. But make sure to drink lots of water during and after your bath!
The mint and eucalyptus oils will help clear your sinuses while the ginger helps increase circulation and raise your body's temperature.
This salt also works wonders as a foot soak!
You can add as much or as little salt to your bath water. If you are looking to just add a bit of scent, only add about a 1/2 a cup (1/4 of package). If you are looking to have the full Epsom Salt Bath experience.. dump that whole bag in, and ENJOY!!
